How to Book in for Appointments & Groupwork

1. For 1-1 appointments, please phone or email to check availability (see above). If this is our first contact, you are invited to a free 15 minute phone call before your first lesson/appointment to discuss your needs.

 

2. For All Classes/workshops please book via this scheduling page HERE -https://LifeworksSomaticsFeldenkrais.as.me/

- If this is our first contact you are invited to a fee 15 minute phone call beforehand as above. Otherwise please use the above link, you pay there via Stripe, we don't store your card details.

 

3. For all 1-1's make your payment by

• Bacs bank transfer, or cash, due on the day before the end of appointments..

• Internet Banking Transfers - Bacs details: (yes these are correct!)

• Please be sure to reference payment - with your name especially if different from name on your account + date of booking.

• Payments for Online lessons will be taken as acceptance that you agree to our Disclaimer> please read.

• PLEASE NOTE
• Late Payments incur a surcharge of £2 - If late by a week or more this becomes £5, per week overdue..
• Zoom links - If you haven't received it by 10 mins before your class/appointment please phone/email me (but check your spam folder first)

• Cheques are not accepted

• Changes or Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment for whatever reason will be charged full amount due.
• Cancellation fees can be avoided by giving more than 48 hours notice or, changing to another appointment time - subject to availability - within 7 days.
• Missed appointments will be charged the full amount due.
